When You Can Play

The tennis courts are on the site of Sedgefield Community College, and are used by students of the college during term time.  The courts are available for club members during school holidays, weekends and every evening.  The courts are kept locked, but club members are given a key if spares are available.

Floodlights are available when the Community College is open in the evening (until 9.00pm Monday to Friday).  The cost is £4 per court per hour, payable to the Community College desk staff.

Casual players who do not wish to join the club can book courts at cost through the Community College.

Note: Cleveland League matches are played throughout the summer and take up all three courts. Home matches are normally played on Wednesdays and alternate Tuesdays, starting at 6.30pm (with the courts occupied from 6.00pm) and on alternate Sundays at 2.00pm (courts occupied from 1.30pm). Coaching takes place on Monday Evenings from 5.00pm and on Saturday Mornings from 10.00am in summer. If you're planning to come up for a game, please check on the 2014 Season Fixtures and Results page first to avoid disappointment.
